Well, this morning when I started up the computer and checked my website I found my husband's comment, so it worked after all! Felt really good. Couldn't make it to the lecture today though as my daughter had an assembly item, so will watch the lecture later. When I returned from the assembly I had some time to spare so as seems usual these days, I took to the computer to conquer Skype!!! I followed the guidelines from the resources posted by the tutors and found it was actually quite easy. However.....when I tried to add a friend I know is on Skype, the internet connection dropped out. I tried the tutors and again the connection kept dropping out. Everytime I tried to do something I would lose my connection. I mentioned it in the workshop and was informed that Skype can slow your computer down so I have taken the cowards way out and had my husband take it off. Frustration got the better of me! Anyway, a positive is that I am able to work again and am starting to think of an idea for 1B. Skype will have to wait until computer is not needed so frequently, after all, I know how to load it now. Assignment 1B means I have to look at how i tunes works myself, and not rely on my husband to load my music! Fun times ahead. Now to submit my website so far......
